Cheese and Food Hunters
Cheese made from raw milk often has a more intense taste, and it retains the qualities of the milk it came from, including what the animal ate. That's why we opt for this kind of cheese whenever we can. But we are not fundamentalists of any kind: if we find a good cheese and it's pasteurized, we're very happy to enjoy it too.
That said, raw milk cheese is our passion.
