Fondis al Carbone e lavanda

Fontina style cheese made with raw goat milk and vegetable rennet (Galium Verum).

The cheese has a layer in the middle (Morbier style) made of charcoal and lavander.

Created from raw goat milk and vegetable rennet (Galium Verum), this cheese shows a Morbier-inspired layer in the middle, composed of charcoal and lavender. 

This infusion results in a cheese that offers a strong contrast of flavors and aromas, making it a unique and captivating culinary experience.

Fondis alla lavanda is a cheese with an aroma of cooked milk, butter. after a whille a delicate aroma of lavender slowly come out a cheese that surprise every bite. Very well balanced and delicate that amazes with every bite.
